Bret Michaels plowed his Ferrari into a telephone pole while driving at 80 m.p.h. on Riverside Drive in Burbank, CA. "I was following a girl home from the Rainbow. I totaled the car - if you looked at it, you wouldn't believe I was alive. I broke my thumb, nose, chipped my collarbone, cracked my jaw, and lost four teeth, but I'm alive," said Bret, recuperating at home. He was treated at St. Joseph's Hospital emergency room for those injuries and other scrapes and bruises after the accident, which police were investigating at press time to determine whether to file charges against Bret.
