Jim Radenhausen of Pocono Record recently conducted an interview with Bret Michaels. A couple of excerpts follow below:

Jim: It's been nine years since Poison's last studio album, the longest gap in the band's history. What's the status of the group, and will there be a follow-up to "Poison'd"?

Bret: With Poison, it's always about timing. The band has never broken up, and we never will. Right now is not the time for us to make new music, but the day will come, when we are all on the same page and we will do something really special.

Jim: Are you working on new solo music? If so, when can fans expect to hear something?

Bret: I am always working on new solo material. I have a studio on the bus with me and anytime I have an idea, I can get up and crank it out. I'm not exactly sure when something new will come out, but it's never far away.
