A family source told RadarOnline.com: "The operation went well and he is due to be released from hospital tomorrow. His spirits are good and the doctors all said Bret was a ?real fighter? with the spirit he has shown. But they have ordered him to take it easy and totally rest as he tries to recover in the coming weeks. They told Bret not to take work calls and stuff like that just to concentrate on getting better. However, everybody is really happy with the way that the surgery went and all the signs are good."
