Bret Michaels has told People.com that he has no plans to file a lawsuit over the incident this monthÂ's Tony Awards when he got clocked in the head by a descending set piece during his bandÂ's performance. "I want to make very clear to everybody that — first and foremost — I was honored to be asked to be at the Tonys," he said. "IÂ'd never done it before and in all my life itÂ's not something I thought IÂ'd be on. I was really excited. ThereÂ's no lawsuit. IÂ'm not doing any of that. IÂ'm taking the high road."
